What we are

Layer 8 Networks is an IT consulting firm focused on AI business integration. We sit at the boundary between humans, business processes, and the technology that was supposed to support them. Our work runs from the architecture-review side of the stack all the way through shipping working AI features into production environments.

The team's background is network and infrastructure engineering — real work on real systems, for real operators. We bring that discipline to AI integration work: diagrams before slides, decision records, failure-mode analysis, and the unglamorous fundamentals that make things work when nobody's watching.

What we're not

• A Big-4 consulting firm shipping strategy decks and PowerPoint.
• An MSP opening tickets when things break.
• A boutique AI shop building demos that never leave the prototype.
