The honest pitch

Most of the ROI people associate with "AI" doesn't come from the model. It comes from finally wiring two systems together. Finally capturing the form data in the system of record. Finally killing the weekly manual CSV hand-off. AI makes that work easier and occasionally necessary — but the real win is the workflow.

What we build

• Zapier / Make integrations when the target audience isn't technical and SaaS simplicity wins.
• Custom API wrappers for legacy systems that refuse to play nicely with modern integration platforms.
• Document and form processing pipelines — OCR, classification, extraction, routing, audit trail.
• Internal tooling — small, focused apps that remove a specific manual step.

How we scope

Most automation work gets priced by the outcome, not the hour. "Kill this weekly CSV hand-off" is a clear deliverable; "add automation" isn't. If we can't agree on a concrete outcome, we'll tell you.
